66 door hinge rebuild

hi,
having a bugger of a time removing the last pin from the door hinges. its the one that has the collar on it that spins when you open the door. it is the only one you cannot get to by a punch from the other side, its a blind hole.
any ideas...

I can't remember what I did with mine.
Can you hold it in a vice and hit the hinge?

Drill it out. New one comes in the kit.

I got vice grips onto it while on the car and knocked the grips up with a hammer. That was on a Falcon that is the same. The mustang one i had off the car one was broken and needed drilling the other i did using the vice grip method.

i had to drill one out due to me breaking it, i just thought there would be a tool or something. but i do like the smack the sit out o it method....
