Jesus, are you some form of moto cross doomsday prepper or something? The only time I have seen this many bikes is in China outside a train station!

LOL No, The correct amount to have is the number you have now plus 1!!! Keep telling the wife I'm only storing half for a mate and they are not all mine. Just a passion to collect a few and restore if I ever retire. Got a 77 Maico AW 400 nearing completion and a 95 CR250 Honda about finished

As long as the wife still has more shoes than you have bikes you have nothing to worry about. Wink2

"CR500 is nice to ride" - said nobody ever!

Well.. unless you like surprise wheelies in every gear and like attempting to break your leg every time you try to start it Laughing
Still... I would love one.

Made the cover for the right side of the engine. I was given a sample of the later version which was a cut down of the original tall one. Then the owner managed to get a pencil stencil of an original one located in Sweden.

It was just a matter of making patterns, then some fixtures to form the bulge and flare the 4" hole. After that, it was just a welding exercise. Oxy/acetylene was the medium used as I needed the weld soft so I could work it.
