Decided to skip painting the engine bay for the moment. Mainly as the front panels will be on & off more than a honeymooners underpants as everything is made to fit. Once the body & panels are to the first hifill stage we will make the engine bay pretty.
The front fibreglass bits as usual need some serious readjustment. The front apron panel will need cutting in half & remaking the centre so it fits. (Dont panic George, we did the same to my one)

eeeeep!!! .. i trust you ... .. woah is it getting hot in here .. i need a ly down :DD
ohh wow !!! .. that looks bloody good .. if black wasnt such a hot and easy to see scratches etc. colour . id go black with silver stripes .. looks tough like that..
cant wait to see it with a test fit of the front wheels .. just to get a glimpse of the potential look!
spoke to jake about the rear .. i know theres room to go a little lower so if its ok and when its appropriate we might make those adjustments at some stage
Thats no drama. We can get it on the bump stops if you like. Thats where mine sits when you let the air out.
.. maybe not THAT low but pretty close and enough room for the suspension to travel a bit .. but i guess it will determine how far the fronts can go so it looks level.. im still rackin my brain how you actually lower the fronts .. i can see where its done on the rear.. next time im there you guys can show me.
really good to see the mockup .. starting to take shape and very exciting!!
