I need to make up a spacer because the paxton pulley is a bit longer.
30mm x 20mm (hole) x 12mm

more position adjustment for the pulley is nice

more boost is nicer.

Over to the old mans for "fathers day" (aka, I need a spacer made).

On the lathe we go - turning down the outside diameter.


20mm hole in the centre.


Cleaning up the face.


Here's the spacer on the shaft.


Luckily I bought the shorter new belt. No way would the original have worked. Even this one doesn't really have any adjustment left.

ECU mods done to add the extra logging channels. This is the jberf TinyIOX IO extender board.
I'm only using two of the input channels (obviously). This board talks to the ECU via the CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus.



I've added a new DB15 connector in the case for the extra IO, and allowing for further expansion later if required.



So now I wait for the valve body mod parts to arrive so I can do that. Also waiting on the pressure sensors to go in the box.
