Can you display a car upside down? There has to be a trophy for that at some show.

Cage, at times like this it is when the good book comes in most handy. I refer you to Psalms 2 and 3 as follows:

Psalm 3- The Denial: Ò€œThose who have not yet become enlightened will deny the first colour. They are precious, yet fragile. Treat them carefully and with understanding for they are envious of the Red. Allow them to covet your Red but never touch, for they are not worthy- yet.Ò€

Chapter 2- The desecration
And the Lord said, forgive those that dare to desecrate the Fastback, they know not what they are doing. Unless of course you are the Steve and work at our mother the Blessed St MaryÒ€ℒs. The Fastback is holy and my car of choice if the cart and donkey are in the shop.

The Lord confided: There will be the jealous, the envious and those who just donÒ€ℒt get it. However, the Fastback will not be defeated and will come back once more, straight and Red- for there is but only one colour (we will accept the candy variety at a pinch).

Blessed are the fastbacks and those that repair and care for them! So sayeth the Lord.

Hybrid, any chance of uploading the good book?

Ive had a change of mind cage. To go black might be too plain and too much for the bone colour in contrast. The pic justang posted looks awesome. The chrome or alloy against the bone or cream colour when in context looks bloody great. Keep going with that!

What did you decide?

That is a very interesting question George, you do know who you are talking to and you still asked it. Cudos to you my friend. The simple answer is even if I have decided I still don't know what to do. Shocked

What a day, spent the whole day looking at wiring. Didn't install a thing. Actually took out the wires I have already feed to be back and took out the fuse box I mounted and layed a few weeks ago. Layed it out on the floor and stared at it for 8 hours. Then put it back in the bottom of the car and went home.

Very productive.

You need some to there to keep you on track. I do understand though sometimes you just find it hard to work out where to start.

PM or call me if you want to chat about it.

Actually did alright to be honest Boof. Needed to get it back out the car and get the cluster sorted. I have it pretty much sorted now into;

Headlight section
Engine section
Rear light section
A/C section
Instrument cluster section
Under dash section

I am sure it is not perfect but atleast I have my head around it now.

George came over luckily and gave me a few pointers that really helped a lot so now I am ready to start putting it in the car next week.

All in all I am happy Boof and keen to have a crack.
