65-66 vs 67-70 fold down seat latch

Post by hybrid »

Does anyone know what the difference is between these?
It seems very hard to get hold of the 65-66 latch in AU, but looking at the pictures, there seems to be very little difference.
Does anyone know whether the 67 latch will work on the 66 or not?

They always seem to be listed separately, so highly likely they're different.

Yeah though that could be because there is a slight difference that would lose you a national show.
For example, you can see that the levers are different.

But for someone like me that just wants it to work, it would be fine.
Maybe I need to be the guinea pig.

Come for a run when I get back (mid May) as I have lots of fold down parts including the latches.

Will do Kerry!
Fastback is not registered yet - need to have a look at the brakes, and the hardtop has a blown engine, so it might be a visit in a boring Ranger!

Might be a good chance to test 67 bits as well if you have both.
