brakes hard

i have a 70 mustang with power brakes disc front drum rear all are working fine ,new rear pads and regrind disc and rebuilt calipers front but the pedal has become a little hard the boster seems to work but not properly and i have no fluid issues hold pressure so coming to a stop you have to push hard on the pedal to stop way harder than i used to to activate the brakes they used to be like touch em they were on real nice, seems to have happened over time not quick which is why i redone all the brakes to see if that helped
