Tesla Cortina and a friend of mine is Tesla'ing his FC Ute

Post by Edz66Vert »

This is a Tesla powered Mk1 Cortina in Queensland that puts out triple the power of the original 1500 cc engine. The exhaust stays, this is now the heavy-duty charge plug connection.

This is my Tim's page EV Page. He just paid $37k for a 2017 hail-damaged Tesla rear-wheel drive (Carsales $92k for non-haildamged) and is putting all the running gear, electronics and regenerative braking into his FC Ute. An awesome guy, despite his terminal health problems, he's the founder of 'lids for kids' which collects lids to supply the makers of 3D printed prosthetic limbs for kids, and this has taken off like crazy Australia wide.
