67 FG Resto Mod

Post by Roger »

Finally making a start on this project thought I'd update you all on the progress so far.
Bought this mustang off a Mustang tech member in Perth and shipped it across to Qld.
Have bought a FG XR8 290Boss T56 as a donna car, also just picked up a TCI IFS RHD.
Will post photos of the progress.

Just cut the shock towers out (not much else happening on Boxing Day except for the online sales). Need to clean-up but this is how it looks now.

Looks a bit drastic, want to leave the floor out as I want to put chassis connectors in.
Not sure yet may put the FG floor in.

Nice!
They look like the no-name (I think DSM Performance was printed on them) Chinese plug leads I had on mine for a while. They were seriously bad and most of them had no continuinty in the end when I tested them.
