Resurrecting a Pony
This is the start of project to bring back a 66 coupe that is in need of some love. I will post some photos and show you what i am up against. I have a resto mod in mind and plan to do as much work myself as possible. The kiddies have helped me clean it up as much as possible and love crawling all over it. It is more of a family project.
I'm thinking it should only take 2 or 3 weeks to finish it (sci) :rotfl:

Re: Resurrecting a Pony
I got a quote to media blast, he said I'll get change from a $20.
The car was in a work shop fire, it had a vinyl roof and it warped to metal, interior is all but burnt. it is RHD and was registered in NSW prior to being burnt alive
Basically I've got a shell with minimal rust, quarter needs replacing.
As Kerry suggested to be.
........................A BLANK CANVAS....
I figure its very much like eating an elephant.
1 small piece at a time....
Looking at a 5 L EFI and a 5 speed. To be driven daily..

Burnt offerings.
Good luck with the resurrection. Will be watching this closely as you don't normally see what is basically a bare shell at the start.

Stick with TOASTY, then when it turns out to be a really nice piece you just drop the "Ohh" and you have TASTY. (all nice chicks are tasty are they not?).noblg wrote:It has to be a chick so.................
