Re: Now for something completely different. Mark's "Hulk"
Mark's Cuda came up to Duggo some time back & other than a trip up to StMarys Prestige for a frame alignment, not much has happened.
However that is all about to change. The Cuda has made it into the shed, will soon lose the diff & front K member so it can be fitted to the frame fixture. Then the surgery can commence.
A little worse for wear, but not as bad as it looks .......
Frame fixture receiving the mods necessary for the Cuda to fit ......
Edit (now called "Hulk" AKA "Kermit")

I think Steve has some pics from the day up there on the Car-O-Liner, so hopefully he can post them here.
I have some on my phone, but having issues getting them to this computer, maybe that will change soon ......

I think it's only the paint keeping it together.

Ask moe & jusTANG how long it took to remove the patches on the rear quarter panels ......Nuts wrote:I think it's only the paint keeping it together.
But that only helps getting it down to the bare bones faster .....

It is an interesting car. I think it spent the 80s & 90s parked next to Hellanor on the bottom of lake Michigan.

It should keep the old fart out of mischief for a little while.

Please do not call Mark an "old fart" ........ :rotfl:soc123_au wrote:It should keep the old fart out of mischief for a little while.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. What I meant to say was Eleanor hating, phone loosing, cranky old yelling man fart.
Re: Now for something completely different. Mark's Cuda
What do you mean "old" ? 35 years doing this stuff and I fell for the oldest trap - do not let your heart rule your head.
Lake Michigan is too far away for that rust, probably the Gulf of Mexico as it spent a long time down south of the border.
Only redeeming thing is it's a genuine 383 Magnum ( HIPO) '70 'cuda and they are the toughest looking mopar ever built.
Mo, if I ever hear you refer to it as "Kermit", I'll bitch slap you so hard your grand kids will feel it !!!

Even though this is not a Mustang, it would be good to see the repair work you do in detail, like the "Noback" episode.
You could end up doing a trilogy, like Twilight, but with happy endings, or would that be the Chinese version?
