Possibly. There was also Australian troops there as well, keeping the peace as the people were starving and many riots.

Back at Duggo this morning.

soc123_au & I had a fun time in Manila over the weekend. However there was a couple of times I was laughing that much I forgot to take pics .........

I will have to load some pics to Postimage for the interim so you guys can have a dig at him ........

It was soc's birthday on Sunday & as he was meeting the in-laws, I could not resist the chance to embarrass him

So, I tell the waiters .......

Add a birthday cake & viking helmet .......

& all good ......

& then rest on the flight home (we were awake for about 1.5 hours of an 8 hour flight

) .....
