1. just how many containers can you stack on top before it becomes unsafe and is begging for this to happen.

2. The penalties world wide for running a ship aground need to raised 1000 fold.


3. The shipping company owners need to be more liable themselves to the world for this kind of enviromental fu*k up

4. The skippers need to be flogged with razor blades - for just being FU*KIN stupid.
