If anyone is looking for a simple way to resize pictures, I use this little app:
http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize
It allows you to add the resize command to your context menu so you can right click on an image and just choose resize.
I rename the file to PhotoResize800.exe and it will always resize to 800px wide.. very simple and very quick.
