Sorted! The Valve Body is Excellent. We have all 4 gears and chirps in 2nd and 3rd! Will have to watch the 3rd change at WOT as it's a weak point with the AOD. But hey i'm not into shredding tyres. Changes are crisp but not harsh. Still the same clunky coming out of OD but I'm happy with that.. New engine is also excellent. Will post a vid when I get the chance..

He had it listed for ages too, but I was worried it was too aggressive.

?

Hybrid put a mystery shift kitted VB in his old box for me, so will see how that goes and upgrade to a Silverfox if required.

It should be fine for up to 450HP at the engine. But it's easy to put a hardened inner shaft in it so you wouldn't have to worry.

So I am guessing you tested 2-3 WOT change on a track :-)

My B&M AOD chirps 1-2 but I am in too built up and patrolled an area for 2-3 test.

If you're chirping 2-3, you probably need better tyres or the shifts are way too hard.

Not recommended for lockup converters. Yeah obviously those shifts are very hard.
If you like your inner input shaft, you probably want a 300M version.

Of course Luke. I Never exceed the speed limit!

Yes Hybrid, I have upgraded the shaft. Yeah was surprised about the chirp into 3rd. Probably cold tyres. Was like 6 degrees..

You should be fine then. There's nothing else that should break too easily without heaps of power.
The outer shaft can break, but it takes a bit and it's also not locked solid like the inner shaft is, so there is some give in the converter for it.
