Import approval has been issued for the car and can be shipped at any stage.
We have contacted a few places in Oz for a new one converted to RHD (recieving mixed figures) and they’re asking anything from $180,000 to $196,000AUD for a standard GT500 convertible and $206,000 for one with the same 11/12 options above (Fully Loaded). Privately owned Shelbys are anything between $135,000 and $165,000 AUD and Shelby’s here in the US are roughly $40,000 - $48,000USD
Luxury tax, GST and regular Ozzie clearing costs apply. Price of $44,000 AUD includes all relevant paperwork, import approval, transport to LA and shipping to Australia is all included in the price.
Price puts the car on ANY Australian port.
We have contacted a few places in the US and Australia to get the car converted to right hand drive and have been quoted anything from $25,000AUD to $30,000AUD due to the fact that it’s a personal import and will not need a RAWS compliance plate. It will retain its original US/Shelby identification plate.
We will personally fly to Australia at our cost to help assist with clearing the car
At $44,335 AUD sitting at any port in Oz, this is an extremely easy way to get into a 2010 Shelby convertible with all the paperwork ready to go
