transmission options

as per my fmx slip post i took it to a shop and the box is toast so reco needed if i cant get any parts i need such as planetary gears and such what are my options if i have to go another way such as aod i don't want to modify my body or tunnel

C4 and AOD fit in that tunnel without mods.

That is something that hybrid or gbx78 could answer. My knowledge was limited to knowing they fit in the tunnel.

From memory it's ... trans crossmember, 164t flexplate, shifter linkage (if stock shifter), Lokar TV cable. I've also got 3.89 gears up back.

Let me know if you need an FMX. I have mine sitting in the shed still.

Was planning on selling it eventually as I have gone manual. No idea on condition. Was working when removed a couple of years ago.

Just let me know if you need it. It’s a big heavy shed space taker upper.
No idea what its worth and given I have no idea if its good bad or average - we will err on the low price side.

all good my box suffered from idiocy they put athe wrong shift kit in years back and i never put any miles on it then ,it caused pressure issues that lead to burning the clutches and band material but all the important stuff was all good like planetary gears ,sprag ,drum all the real hard to replace stuff
