I have no idea what size they are, except all my old spares are either way too small or the wrong thread.

I gave up on finding old suckers so went to Speciality Fasteners and found out they were 5/8 UNC. I darned near choked when the counter guy told me they $8 each. I reluctantly paid, so that's one more box ticked.
