Cooling Fan Controller with programable Delay

I've been using a turbo timer to keep my fans going for a while after I switch off however the thing shat itself today and all the smoke came out. I could easily rebuild it but I have been looking at the Dakota digital PC-2700 fan controller. Anyone used this? Or is there something less expensive available that will control two fans and provide a delay?
