Nice! Jan will come around real quick. Hopefully it'll be done just in time for a birthday cruise?

Cheers, Shane, that would be very helpful. My problem is that I don't get to catch up with people very often and when I do, it usually ends up in lots of talk and many beers. It is good though when you do get second set of hands to help out. And to my surprise, the wife was out two weekends ago helping me on the 66. It was her suggestion, I was quite surprised!

"Isn't that the wrong way?"

"Yeah, but faster!"

I remember your car, Rock. Mine is definitely not as bad as yours but those photos of yours stuck in my mind.

I said not long ago I think another 2 years for mine. But already its been a few months with no further progress. So perhaps another 2 years on top of that?

My wife doesn't offer help that often. So I was pretty surprised. But I think my brownie points have been earned lately so she didn't mind when I asked for a second set of hands.

I had a figure of 2 years in mind, but I dont think you can put a time frame on it.Mine was at the panel beaters for 2 years and it will be 2 years since paint and panel was finished in Feb. Starting to make some progress now ,but sometimes it gets quite frustrating when you see everyone else out crusing. I did ask the boss for a fill in car, but no joy. Like you Wifey cant wait to get out and about. Just have to keep doing bits and pieces.
Anyone in Perth got a spare day....Ha Ha......

Brilliant bunch on this forum. Have helped me heaps already. Changed my upgrade plans after getting advice here and changes are on the way.

Welcome!! You won't regret it when you get a hard question to answer.

Don't be surprised if they go off thread though. And their humour is pretty average. LOL

Hey ND, I had actually emailed that seller a little while back about what he had available as he does advertise a bit of FE gear. What he had and what he wanted for it was near the price of new, so I let it go. I've since ordered a new Edelbrock Performer. But thanks for the heads up Very Happy
