Inside the doors is the colour of the interior. It changes from the exterior colour at the door rubber.

As for gluing the roof. Many of us use Fusor 108b. Pricey, and you need to borrow an applicator gun., but its a solid product.....actually the same as what they glue crappodore firewalls in with.

Hi all,
just attempting to put the planum/cowl/dash in, it fitted OK, need a bees dick off to make it fit perfectly. have to wait for Bunnings to get the sikflek primer in... Impatient




also cut the drivers side firewall, as it was very rough job previously, will make a new one .

just got the call that the sika primer is in, can finally get the new lid on the coupe. i have been doing some rust repairs while waiting. i think i have the feed up too high as it has good penetration but a high weld crown. any thoughts from guru welders out there..

I've always thought if your feed was too high, it would push the torch away.
You might just have to move quicker, or if you're doing bursts, make them shorter.

Some of the bits look to me like more amps would help - but I'm no expert. Just another hack Smile
