Hybrid has done an excellent job. Lots of information posted so lots to learn for his fine work. Now it is your turn.

I will someday think of something clever to say.

Nice thing about this car is that the papers came with it including an engineers report. So we build the car to the parameters of that report & all is good for rego. So RHD, 302, disc brakes etc ........ Wink2

Yes,
i tracked down the enginneers report. it was registered in NSW with 5.0 L in it when it was involved in the workshop fire.
the interior is all gone, and a lot of parts missing. but thats the fun bit, i get to replace them all with new shiny bits...

Great project! What colour are you going? looks like a bit of Wild Violet sprayed around in a few places.

You've been watching Fast & Loud haven't you Boof? They love to scotch-brite and clear over shit. It does look better than satin black though I think.

My plans for the weekend is the start to get the interior together, doors on, dash in, re=program the EFI (again), add in a shift light (so another data port is used on the MS) and a lot of minor bits. So for some reason in an odd mood.

I do agree a lot of cars look great cleared and I have not really like matt black at all.

Colour, mmmmm. I'm not sure what beer ill drink tonight. My thoughts are a deep grey. Or African violet, not sure.
However the build mission statement is....

Make it look stock, but drive like new. Oh and as many cup holds as I can jamb in Drink

Hi all,
over the week end i got into the mustang.
completed the body deadening.
took it off the rottisserie so i can cut the cowl off and install the new roof.
i sectioned the donor dash, im not going to weld up the 2 sections until its in the car, that way i can make sure everything lines up correctly and is square.
oh and i painted the cat.

Did you read the link I posted for you previously?
When you're in your photobucket account via your computer web browser, display the picture you want to put in the forums.
On the right hand side, you'll see a box that says "Links to share this photo" and in that box will be a box called "IMG". Click on the text in the box and you will see the text change to "Copied" temporarily.

Come back to the forum and right click and paste into your post.
The text should look something like this:
