The guys are going to the US on Friday for about 3 weeks, should have the Trans-am in high build primer next week, before they go at least that's the plan, along with QLD mustang spares 56 F100. Soon as Gavin is back the Tran-am should be painted with in a couple of weeks hopefully. You can bring your car as soon as this car is gone.

Any chance of a few pics of the Effy Shaun?

Sure get some next week once we poly it, 500 cube big block, coil over front end, power rack etc, sounds like drag car out of the headers. Will be Gun metal metallic with black guards and wheels white walls hub caps. Sleeper

Perfect timing Shaun - will give the bank balance a chance after the wife's bathroom renovation antics Loopy

Cheers

Shaun asked me to send him a pic of the engine for evaluation:

He said it looked "tyred"

Starting to have second thoughts about this bloke Laughing

Seriously - the trailer is booked, the rest of the panels are loaded, new wheels and tyres fitted.

There will be a few more trips north with the rest of the stash I've been accumulating for it.

Still to decide on a colour tho...

No Stripes - either a silver or blue, will probably stick with the factory Caspian.

Cheers

J

Nice shed you have there.

I will someday think of something clever to say.

Yep - Lucky to have a couple to choose from, bought the house from a retired builder that couldn't sit still.

This one he knocked together for his caravan Mr. Green

Cheers

It looks rain proof which is needed living in Coffs.
I am rather envious I would love to have that space - imaging the projects I would likely not ever finished........

You will enjoy driving the car back from QLD (if that is the plan).

I think that would be stretching the temporary rego from Bris to Coffs, so the plan is to trailer it back and drive it to get the slip done.

All the work is done in the downstairs garage - rainy weekends are lost down there.

Good work Astro. Paint the back qtr panel pink. It will look like Neapolitan ice cream.

Your allowed to drive it from the place of repair to home - directly to home. Qualifies does it not? Laughing .

Probably wise to trailer it - though your missing out on running in the engine.
