So ive put the twirler together but run into a snag the cross bar wont allow the plates to line up with the bumper mounts, so should i just get the cross bar cut off and replace with a longer one or can anyone see a better solution ?
( insert Petes smart arse comment here )

cheers Ralph

Swap the two yellow pieces over, you might just make it.

Done that, misses by 20mm, thought maybe just get longer plates put on ?? ,but then they wouldnt be center of the yellow bars if that makes sense ?

I would slide them into position, drill a hole right through the inner side of the bracket and put a bolt right through. would be alot easier than extending.

Or slide a good fit tube in each end and then the extentions over them, weld together or drilled and plug welded together.

can you flip the yellow brackets so the long part of the bracket is facing out then mark new holes from the inside of the boot and drill some new holes ?
If that works and you worried about flex just weld in a little gusset bracket in to make it strong.
Nice looking pig spit though!

It's better if you bolt it to the rails that way you can repair / strip the rear panel etc, Mine bolt to the tie done braket holes

Bought the twirler from xxxgt on this site, no branding on it , but the colours on it make me think it might be from Liftech ??
