You've got to love those yank engine builders. had a slight tappet noise so took the rocker cover off to tweek the tappets and look what I found. The f/n rockers hitting the retainers. Wrong retainers have been used for the standard rockers. Bonus is everything appears new except some very second hand retainers and one mushroomed valve stem. Haven't checked the other side yet but expect it to be the same. More jobs, just what I need.

Looks the goods now I rekon, I notice ya still looking for that coil lead, done good, nuts. May pop in 2 morrow depends on the overtime requirements, "ca ching, ca ching" gotta pay for the pony.

I reckon the hose looks alright Nuts. Didn't notice the top grill until Kerry mentioned it though. Bet you will see it everytime you look at it. You will have to fix it now I reckon. Great build mate, looking hot.

Thanks Cage. Thanks Chad. The engine is a home build 347 roller. With a scat stroker kit and would you believe Procomp heads. Had to do a bit of machining to get them right but the price was right. We'll see how it goes.
