lookn great steve. The 2 heater hose holes 'could' be welded up cos the old air kit plugs them up anyway However maybe its best to leave it factory incase they are required. Exciting. Cant wait to come round again

If they are plugged we may as well weld them up. To change to a different set up that requires them will need surgery in that area anyway.

yep they are blocked off .. heres some pics of how neat it hooks up.. these are from the manual, of course kerry can comment as he knows more about it:







This is how they block the fresh air vent as its not required. Plastic cap thats screwed from undeath in the factory airvent holes. From memory you just use some sealant and then screw it on. Talk to jake about this and if it would be better to just weld it up but i think we aggreed to just leave it as is and cap it with the supplied cap in the old air unit.

actually steve, i noticed you welded up the 6 holes for the spring splash cover thingys.. they arent needed with tcp coilovers? is that another thing i can be selling? the ones i have are new.

No you still run the covers. We welded studs in cause it looks neater than using bolts. Little things that make it look cleaner.

Real men run A/C. Only peasants sweat while driving muscle cars. Smile
