Just thought I'd share.....new exhaust system by Peter aka Exhausted! Sounds great, does'nt scrape over every bump like the previous one, looks good and probably added a few more horses! Thanks Peter Thumbs Up

Peter, are you still considering the option of a 'working trip' over East?

That is 'one nice' coupe you have there Charlie. I prefer to work on classic & vintage cars as opposed to Jap crap (a few exceptions in there)

Subtle would describe it.

Thanks Peter, as with most, it's a never ending project! I'll have to get a mate to record a video clip while I zoom past once the mufflers settle in.

I think so... I left it up to Peter to decide as he is the expert!

Looks sweet - nice rear.

So what is the spec of the exhaust?

I will someday think of something clever to say.

basically 2inch system from the headers...muffler spec..i'll leave up to peter to respond!
Has a nice note to it while cruising without being too loud and you can certainly hear it when you open her up.

Twin 2" from headers, PFS052 stainless steel straight through glass packed Lukey mufflers (8 x 4 x 16" offset / centre) Same as on Craigs vert
Charlie ------- I forgot to ask you to bring it back in a few weeks or at your convenience to recheck system, etc.
The mufflers will settle down within a week or two.

Cheers

Fibreglass will settle down as the hot gasses pass through the mufflers. Deepens the note. Helps to deaden sound waves as they pass through the perforated tubing.
