Byebye.

I need to make up a spacer because the paxton pulley is a bit longer.
30mm x 20mm (hole) x 12mm

I will someday think of something clever to say.

Over to the old mans for "fathers day" (aka, I need a spacer made).

On the lathe we go - turning down the outside diameter.

20mm hole in the centre.

Cleaning up the face.

Here's the spacer on the shaft.

Luckily I bought the shorter new belt. No way would the original have worked. Even this one doesn't really have any adjustment left.

ECU mods done to add the extra logging channels. This is the jberf TinyIOX IO extender board.
I'm only using two of the input channels (obviously). This board talks to the ECU via the CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus.

I've added a new DB15 connector in the case for the extra IO, and allowing for further expansion later if required.

So now I wait for the valve body mod parts to arrive so I can do that. Also waiting on the pressure sensors to go in the box.

Look at the engine trying to twist it off.
And the belts trying to twist themselves off to get away from it!

He's not the only one that took a photo of it.
They were all against me.

Don't you just hate that "pack mentality"?

Not all, I was just trying to get you to a reasonable middle ground ;-) I never mentioned how it saved the day and enabled you to get home for more family time.

Video of the engine running on the new pulley. It's shifting way more air even at idle. It's very loud.
