Really nice pieces, they fit well. Just have to figure out how to get it in there as it went on as the sides were put up originally.

The Mustang panels (made from the original presses), are, as you would expect, very good. Like any panels of that era, they need some massaging in place.

I will be fitting the roof skin temporarily & also fit the rear window to confirm all is in the correct spot. The trunk opening can be massaged as the rear quarters go on.

Nice little jiggle there, bit like pommy aircraft, built from the inside out.

Got little done while crook, so here is a mini-update .........

LH rear window opening was only slightly better than the RH side ........

So out came the pitted section & a new one fabricated, then tacked in place .......

Made the templates for the top of the B pillars, good thing they are the same ....... 😄

Test fitted the rear roof rail, all good ....... Like

So it looks like I will be completely fitting up the rear end panels to make sure all line up, that way the inner panels can be welded in place, seat fixtures & floor reinforcements installed. Then the outer panels taken back off & the frame blasted & primed. Still a long way to go.

Started on the pieces for the front wind shield pillars. Tricky pieces as they have quite a bow in them ......

LH inner wheel arch repair complete ........

Outer wheel arch fitted, edges trimmed & a bit more space beaten into it for tyre clearance ........

Now trying on the quarter panel & attempting to get all the inner frames & outer panels to fit together ........

LH door will really need work to get decent gaps, however I will concentrate on trunk & rear window opening fitment first.

I am thinking a rear tail light panel is now needed as the one on there has had too many hits & repairs ...... Impatient

Boof has a genuine one so I will see what it takes to get it down to Duggo ....... 😄
