Sweeet. Good pic of both engines. Looking forward to the results.

I will someday think of something clever to say.

Invested in some single cut burrs for my die grinder for the aluminium intake. The normal double cut burrs are about as useful as attacking the job with the mrs nail file.

I have some great burrs for alloy for doing exactly the job you have - works very well. Also can use some sand paper rolls to smooth and round the edges in the manifold runners and plenum, casting bumps etc as well. Also if your using a carbi spacer (which I hope is the case then) check how it fits and take the edge off, to match the wall of the spacer, that is often exposed as well.

The strategy here is that you finish your engine and install it then suffer a fit of boredom and cant help yourself but start tinkering with my engine Wink2

Cheers, Tony.

Well that is likely Tony. Once mine is up and running (weekend?), garage is cleared up a bit I will definitely be more inclined to assist any which way!

Hybrid - There might have been a breakdown in communication. Self bought present for Nassi was the intent of that comment!
