give it at least 3-5 degs caster with PS, the more the better.

You can get 8 degrees on them no prob, just like a new rear wheel drive car has. Article of mine in the tech section on how to shim the top arm to get it.

Mrsozbilt's Mach is 8 degrees of castor. I am doing a 69 and 68 at the moment that will be set to those specs.

Yeah but he wont have long bolts in the top Arm Like I do.

Not hard to put them in. Ronin visited Duggo the other week.

I picked up a camber / castor gauge the other day so I'll be able to dial it in pretty quickly. Ill aim for a minimum of 6 and re-assess.

Was great getting out to the Ranch!

haha, wanted to wait till at least i got into the country Cage....

Managed to win a Gear Vendors unit on Ebaymotors for $1800, need to pick up a C4 extention piece, as the unit is for a C6, but at that cost if I cant find a replacement extention i'd throw a C6 in the car.

Yeah I have a C6 in the shed too.
One of these days I will get around to putting it on ebay.
Maybe as part of the shed cleanup.

Shit, sorry Cage.

Hybrid, what state is your C6 in? If i come up trumps on a replacement extention i'll be hunting for a tranny.

I have one in the shed too. Seems obligatory to any Ford guy to have a C6 laying around šŸ˜‚

Mine is a rebuilt unit, but I would not put it in a car until it was checked out and new seals fitted.

Cheaper than Cage's & hybrid's ....... Snigger

Wow C6's everywhere. Where are all the big blocks for them then.

Well, good to know I've got at least a few options on a C6 then!

Should know within a day or two when the GV will get shipped.

In the meantime there's a list of little tweaks I need to make, though they'll have to wait till I get the car home to my garage.

Unless I can get access to the base motor poo garagel... hmmmm... I wonder...

Mine was in the car when I got it. It went in gear and the car moved. But my car was in no state to be driving.
C6's are very tough boxes. But as Kerry has mentioned, I would get any box looked over that you get second hand.
